Mr. Kuykendall is survived by his mother, Ozella Kuykendall of Charleston; his wife, Ivory Kuykendall of Charleston; son, Joseph Daniels of Marks; three sisters, Brenda Garun and Doris Kuykendall, both of Charleston, and Latoya Kendrick of San Antonio, TX; and one brother, James Kuykendall of Grenada.
