It is with our most profound condolences that the Clark-Williams Funeral Home Family announces the passing of Mr. Issac McDaniel Grenada, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at his residence.
Isaac McDaniel gained his heavenly wings on July 7, 2018 with his family by his side. Isaac confessed his love for Christ at an early age.
Isaac was a member of Mount Zion M. B. Church under the leadership of Reverend Darvis Purnell, of Grenada, Mississippi. Before moving to Grenada, Isaac was a member of Friendship M. B. Church under the leadership of Reverend Gary R. Williams. Isaac was untied in holy matrimony to Laura Bell O’Neal. This union was blessed by God for 62 years.
Isaac is preceded in death by his parents, Fannie Ickom and Major McDaniel, one sister, five brothers, a daughter Daphanie Renee McDaniel, a granddaughter Nadia Robinson-Williamson, his mother-in-law Martha Jane Jackson, his father-in-law Tommy Jackson, and Beauguard O’Neal, and sadly a host of other family members.
Isaac leaves to cherish his memories his loving, caring wife of 62 years, Laura Bell McDaniel, affectionately known as “Honey”; Six daughters, whom were his angels: Joyce Ann Stanford (Roy deceased), Linda Robinson, Martha Rucker (Jerry deceased), Edith Washington ( Frankie deceased), Angela Booker (Robert), and Cynthia (Stanley) McDaniel; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren; 4 brothers-in-law; 5 sisters-in-law; 2 nephews he raised as his own: James Lewis (Barbara), and Isaac Jerome Lewis; some very special people he loved dearly were his son-in-love Maurice Dunnigan of Joliet, IL; a dear friend Forrest Nelson of Joliet, IL; his McDonalds buddies: James (Pep), Willie, Ben (Pipe), Ben, and Robert; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and family that will miss him dearly.
